High service level and two-year warranty
At Bloomdale Eyewear we do not only aim for a collection of eyewear of the best materials and quality, we also aim for a high service level. We offer a two year warranty on our models, there is the possibility to receive a trial shipment and we deliver quickly and mainly from stock. Even loose parts are shipped the same day.

Warranty on our Bloomdale glasses
Although our eyewear is made with the utmost care, of course a defect or damage to one of our eyewear can occur. Bloomdale offers a two-year warranty on the eyewear from the orderdate. In case of a defect or damage it is best to send an e-mail to: info@bloomdale.eu, with the subject: 'warranty request'.
Did you purchase the eyewear through one of our distributors? If so, please submit your warranty request directly to your distributor.
Please make sure the email contains the following information so we can help you quickly:
- your customer number;
- the model and color number of the glasses;
- the purchase date of the eyewear;
- a clear description of the damage and how the defect occurred;
- one or more detailed photographs of the defect.
After receiving your email and photos, we will let you know as soon as possible if the warranty request has been approved.
It may happen that the photos do not provide sufficient clarity, in which case we may ask you to return the eyewear to us for better evaluation.
Prevention, of course, is better than cure. Therefore, we recommend that you unscrew the glasses screws when removing the demo lenses from the eyewear. By not pushing the demo lenses out of the eyewear, but screwing them out, you can prevent damage to the lacquer of the eyewear.
